The Urban Journalism Institute is an initiative led by professionals who believe that building sustainable cities requires well-informed citizens about sustainable urban development. Typically, decisions made by national, regional or local governments have a long-term impact on the physical form of the city, its economic sustainability or social inclusion. However, focusing attention on these dynamics requires trained journalists and an engaged media.
